Jerky Balado



Material:
·   Buy meat with chunks of beef jerky ¼- ½ kg, or cut themselves according to taste.
·   Cabe ½ - 1 ounce
·   1 clove garlic
·   Red onion 3-5 cloves
·   Ginger 1-1 ½ cm size
·   Acid bit / taste
·   Salt to taste

How to make beef jerky:
·  Minced ginger and garlic finely.
·  smear on meat that has been washed and give a little water, salt and acid.
·   Boil (revealed) until the water dried meat over medium heat, turning occasionally reversed.
·  When dry, remove the meat one by one and then flattened (ditokok2 with lado stone slowly and evenly) and then ready to be fried.
·   Fried fillet over medium heat until dry / brownish

How to make chili:
·  Minced shallots along with the chilli and salt, coarse size / subtle to taste. (Chili seeds to be thrown  away slightly)
·   Finally be added to tomato or sour taste.
·   Fried fillet of used fry oil over medium / small, fry until smells nice kiss (no sting).
·   After a rather cool new chili mix in dried meat, or simply sprinkled over the beef jerky.
And dendeng ready to be enjoyed
