Sauteed Calamari Balado
• ¼- ½ kg squid / I + 2 ounces anchovy pare
• 2 cloves garlic
• Red onion 4 cloves
• Cabe minced ½ - 1 ounce
• Tomato fruit 2-3
• 2 bay leaves
• Red pepper and green peppers sliced (optional)
• Salt to taste
• Right amount of oil
• Enough water
How to make :
• Clean the squid by pulling his head, and bone waste ink bag in the
back, cut to taste, wash clean.
• Or clean anchovies by removing the head and stomach, washing + 2
pare sides, slices of 0.5 cm and a washing /
wringing in salt water solution that is not too bitter.
• Saute garlic, after a little yellow onion feedback
• After the fragrance and yellow input minced chili, tomatoes and
bay leaves and sauté until cooked chili.
• Put the squid / pare + anchovies, add enough water and boil until
cooked and the water is low.
• Finally enter sliced chilli and salt to taste.
